About The Department
The Regional CPX Quality NCE team supports Construction, Project Management and Customer Project Execution activities across Northern and Central Europe. The team focuses on quality assurance, issue prevention, root cause analysis, lessons learned implementation, and continuous improvement to improve project execution and reduce Cost of Poor Quality.

You support Construction Quality activities across NCE projectsYou drive quality issue investigations and root cause analysisYou follow up on corrective and preventive actionsYou support quality reviews, assessments, and audits on construction sitesYou analyze quality data and identify trends and improvement opportunitiesYou collaborate with Construction, PM, Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain stakeholdersYou support the implementation of lessons learned and best practices across projectsYou contribute to regional quality reporting and governance activitiesYou support quality improvement initiatives aimed at reducing quality costs and improving project performance
Your profile – what makes you a great fit!
You hold a degree in Engineering or have an equivalent technical backgroundYou have 5+ years of experience in Construction, Project Execution, Quality, Service, or similar operational functionsYou have experience with structured problem solving and root cause analysisYou possess strong stakeholder management and communication skillsYou are able to work independently and collaborate effectively across functionsYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken
