Consultant, IT Sourcing

About the roleYou'll run IT and technology sourcing engagements for enterprise clients across Finland and the Nordics: supplier identification, RFx processes, spend analysis, and category strategy for software, cloud, hardware, and IT services. Beyond classic sourcing, you'll help clients improve how they buy, building better procurement processes and capability inside their organizations. You'll work directly with client procurement and technology teams to deliver measurable value and lasting improvement, backed by Zeal's AI-native tooling. What you'll doLead IT sourcing projects end to end: scoping, market analysis, RFI/RFP/RFQ, evaluation, negotiation support, and awardBuild category strategies for IT spend (SaaS, cloud/infrastructure, telecom, hardware, professional services)Run spend analysis and translate findings into actionable sourcing plansDeliver procurement development work for clients, improving processes, tooling, and capability within their procurement functionsSupport supplier relationship management and contract management/renewal cycles What you bring2–5 years in IT sourcing, procurement, or category management (consultancy or in-house)Solid grasp of IT/technology categories and supplier landscapesStrong RFx and negotiation fundamentalsFluent Finnish and EnglishComfort working in a small, expert-led team where you own outcomesProcurement development experience, improving how procurement functions operate, is a strong plus What we offerMonthly salary €5,500Quarterly bonus tied directly to your billed client revenue.Benefits: Excellent healthcare package, lunch and sports benefits.Interesting opportunities from working with our Nordic customersA firm building genuinely AI-native procurement capability, not bolting AI onto old processDirect client exposure and real ownership from day one
