Coordinator - Sales & Operations Execution

Are you a supply chain professional who enjoys combining operational execution, customer collaboration and continuous improvement? We are looking for a customer-oriented Coordinator, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) to join our Ferrochrome Supply Chain Management team in Tornio. In this role, you will work at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring reliable customer deliveries, smooth operational execution and excellent collaboration across the organization. At the same time, you will contribute to the development, digitalization and continuous improvement of our supply chain processes as part of our Evolve strategy. Your role As a Coordinator, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), you will play a key role in ensuring reliable customer fulfilment and efficient supply chain execution across BA Ferrochrome. You will coordinate customer orders and deliveries from order receipt to fulfilment while working closely with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics and Customers. In addition, you will monitor supply chain performance, proactively address operational challenges, and utilize data and analytics to support decision-making and process transparency. Beyond daily operational execution, you will contribute to the continuous development of our Sales & Operations Execution capabilities by improving processes, supporting digitalization initiatives and implementing new ways of working. Through close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, you will help strengthen overall supply chain performance and support the future development of our SCM organization. To succeed in this roleWe believe you have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or similar field. Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and experience working with ERP and reporting systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a data-driven and development-oriented mindset. Interest in process improvement, digitalization and continuous development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Fluency in Finnish and English. Experience in customer-facing roles or operational environments is considered an advantage.
