Join Konecranes as our new Corporate Communications Specialist.

The Konecranes Brand & Communications team is an integral part of the company’s global operations. We work closely with Business Areas and global functions in planning and delivering effective corporate communications and brand marketing programs and continuous communications.

Location: You can be based in Espoo or Hyvinkää, with Espoo as the main location for the team. We work in a hybrid model, with an expectation to be on-site at Espoo a couple of days per week.

Key responsibilities

Planning and implementing Konecranes’ corporate communications activities in line with the Konecranes strategy and prioritiesProject management independently and as a part of a team, varying from process development to single projectsProducing content from concept through publication for primarily internal but also external, social and other mediaSupporting strategic and transformation projectsCollaborating across Konecranes’ Business Areas and functions

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications; preferably in a listed companyNative level Finnish and excellent fluency in EnglishStrong written and verbal communications skills, ability to adapt the communication style according to the situation and cultureDigital literacy, comfortable using MS office, digital tools, social media and AIStrong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAnalytical mindset, data driven approach to brand marketing and communicationsExcellent networking skillsService minded and flexible working styleAble to work independently as well as a member of a teamPassion for learning, willingness to take on new challenges and share knowledge
