Cost Manager

Associate Cost Manager | Data Centres / Mission Critical | Helsinki ROA Talent is supporting a global Construction company with the appointment of an Associate Cost Manager in Helsinki, working across a portfolio of complex construction projects. This would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager who has moved beyond simply managing individual packages and is comfortable taking responsibility for cost planning, financial control, change management and senior-level reporting across multiple projects. The environment is highly stakeholder-driven, so the ability to communicate commercial information clearly and influence project decisions is just as important as producing the numbers. What we're looking for7–8+ years’ experience within Quantity Surveying / Cost ManagementStrong preference for experience within a cost consultancy environmentExperience managing costs across multiple projects, programmes or portfoliosStrong commercial management, cost planning and financial control experienceGood understanding of change management and commercial governanceExperience producing and presenting detailed cost reports and financial analysisChartered statusDegree or equivalent background in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction or a related disciplineConfidence working with senior stakeholders across different projects and regionsComfortable operating within a remote / hybrid, internationally connected project environment Experience within Data Centre, Mission Critical or large-scale Infrastructure construction would be particularly relevant, although candidates from other technically complex sectors will also be considered.
