With full P&L responsibility, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial performance of the Finnish business, ensuring a continued focus on a people-first culture. Working closely with local and Nordic stakeholders, you will help drive sustainable growth, strengthen our market position, and ensure we continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. As Country Lead, you will balance business growth, operational performance, and people leadership, while supporting collaboration across the Nordic region and contributing to SoftwareOne's broader strategic direction.
