Country Manager

Metz Electronics, the polish subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a: Country Manager based in Sweden. You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international environment, supporting the rapid expansion of our CNE business in the nordics market. Main Responsibilities: Retail & Key Account Management: Manage relationships with leading home appliance retailers and key purchasing decision-makers.Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the local sales team, driving performance and business growth.Business Development: Develop and execute commercial strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve sales targets.Market Management: Monitor market trends and competition, identifying new business opportunities. Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the relevant Sales Director. You will work in close collaboration with the international team to execute commercial strategies and achieve business objectives in the noridics market.
