About the roleWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist with hands-on experience developing and optimizing short-form paid social ads for D2C or e-commerce brands. Required experienceWritten production briefs and scripts for short-form paid social video ads on Meta and TikTok for D2C or e-commerce brands.Used ad performance data, including hook rate, CTR, and CPA, to decide which creatives to scale or stop.Directed UGC creators and video editors using your own creative briefs.Fluent written and spoken English at a C1 level or higher.Available to work full-time with no other active client engagements. Preferred experiencePortfolio of paid social ads you wrote, ideally including performance results.Experience working at a performance creative agency.
