CSA Package Manager LocationSouthern Sweden Contract TypeContract Position Working Pattern3-week rotation schedule:Week 1: Early morning flight to arrive on site by noon Monday. Work Monday 12pm-4pm, Tuesday-Saturday 7am-4pm.Week 2: Monday-Saturday, 7am-4pm.Week 3: Monday-Tuesday 7am-4pm, Wednesday 7am-11:30am. Travel home Wednesday; Thursday-Sunday off. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage Civil and Structural construction packages throughout all stages of project delivery.Oversee daily construction activities on site, working closely with engineering and project management teams.Take responsibility for site QA/QC activities, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved specifications, quality requirements, and project standards.Work alongside planners, project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams to coordinate construction activities against the agreed project programme.Manage subcontractor performance, including monitoring progress, reviewing workforce levels, and leading regular coordination meetings.Maintain oversight of subcontractor records and ensure all required project, technical, and Health & Safety documentation remains current and properly controlled.Participate in key project meetings, including site coordination, engineering reviews, planning sessions, and project handover meetings.Interface with the design function to ensure drawings and other construction information are released in accordance with programme priorities.Review construction drawings and setting-out information, ensuring builder's work requirements and associated interfaces are correctly coordinated.Assist the commercial team by identifying and monitoring variations and participating in regular commercial reviews.Prepare and provide appropriate project progress updates and reports to the wider delivery team.Manage the identification, distribution, tracking, and final close-out of CSA snagging items.Identify potential technical, design, and coordination challenges at an early stage and drive these through to an appropriate resolution. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant construction-related discipline.Minimum of 7 years' experience within Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction.Demonstrable experience managing Civil and Structural work packages on major construction developments.Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and programme delivery.Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination capabilities.Sound technical understanding of CSA construction methods, processes, and site operations.Proven experience managing subcontractors and maintaining delivery against project objectives and programme requirements.Previous experience on data centre, industrial, or other mission-critical projects would be advantageous.
