We value passion, motivation, and problem-solving skills, and we believe that diverse perspectives fuel better outcomes.We’re not here to keep up—we’re here to lead.About the Role:Due to continued growth, H&MV Engineering is seeking experienced CSA Site Supervisors and CSA Site Engineers to support the successful delivery of large-scale data centre, utility, and industrial construction projects.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers opportunities for both hands-on site engineering and site supervision responsibilities depending on experience and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on site.Manage daily construction activities, subcontractors, and site personnel.Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.Monitor site progress and maintain accurate records of manpower, equipment, and materials.Coordinate effectively with project teams, MEP disciplines, consultants, and clients.Conduct site inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.Identify, manage, and resolve technical or construction-related issues.Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and all relevant statutory requirements.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Analyse site risks and implement mitigation measures.Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Promote a positive safety culture and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in a CSA Site Engineer, CSA Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Civil Engineer, or similar construction role.Strong background in civil works, groundworks, reinforced concrete, and structural construction.Experience working on large-scale construction projects such as data centres, industrial facilities, utilities, or commercial developments.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and site documentation requirements.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Relevant safety qualifications.First Aid certification is advantageous (training can be provided).Fluent English required.
