Curriculum Specialist

We are seeking experienced Polish Curricula Experts, Writers/Translators, Editors, and Bilingual Copyeditors to support the adaptation of secondary Student Books from an existing Global Edition for the Polish market. This project involves translating, writing, and aligning content with Polish curriculum standards and Ministry of Education guidelines within existing template constraints.Open Roles & ResponsibilitiesTranslator / WriterTranslate and adapt existing English Student Book content into Polish.Create new Polish-language content and learning activities.Ensure all revisions fit within strict page/space constraints and design templates.Editor (Polish Speaking)Review translated and newly authored Polish content for pedagogical alignment, clarity, and tone.Incorporate client and Ministry of Education feedback across multiple editing cycles.Bilingual CopyeditorPerform thorough copyediting and proofreading in both English and Polish.Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and grammar across all 5 student books.Qualifications & RequirementsNative or near-native fluency in Polish, with strong professional command of English.Proven background in Polish secondary education, curriculum development, or ELT (English Language Teaching) courseware adaptation.Familiarity with Polish Ministry of Education (MoE) approval processes and standards.Experience working within fixed page layouts/templates.Ability to work efficiently under tight turnaround deadlines.
