Your core daily activities will include:O2C Specialist: Manages the entire lifecycle of a customer sale, from the moment an order is placed until the payment is received and recorded.Customer Support Specialist: Resolving incoming client queries via chat, email, and phone with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach.
