Customer Success Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing SaaS company that is building the next generation of enterprise software, starting with a suite of products designed to significantly improve hiring processes for talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers. The Role• Partner closely with a team of Customer Success Managers to shape and scale a high-touch customer experience for the mid-market segment across EMEA.• Implement, train, and support customer adoption of a powerful and flexible SaaS platform, becoming a product and domain expert.• Manage a book of approximately 60 mid-market customers, driving adoption, engagement, and retention.• Develop strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders within customer organizations.• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.• Create tailored training and product walkthroughs to address specific customer challenges and drive hiring excellence. What You'll Need• A minimum of two years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in implementing and supporting complex technologies.• Experience managing a book of mid-market customers exceeding $1.5M in total ARR.• Demonstrated ability to become a product and industry expert, with a passion for learning and supporting complex products.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.• Excellent listening skills and the ability to act as the voice of the customer internally.• Experience working with technically complex products and a curiosity to understand how things work.
