D365 F&O Finance Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant to join a growing Dynamics practice in Sweden, supporting both customer projects and ongoing improvements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver D365 F&O Finance solutions across implementations and improvement projectsGather and translate business and finance requirementsConfigure and support the D365 F&O Finance moduleLead or participate in customer workshopsTroubleshoot and resolve functional issuesWork closely with technical consultants, developers and project teamsProvide ongoing customer support where requiredContribute to knowledge sharing and support junior consultants Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O FinanceProven functional consulting experienceExperience with D365 F&O implementations, improvements or supportStrong understanding of finance processes within D365 F&OStrong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFluent English; Swedish desirable Ideal Candidate: Strong D365 F&O Finance Consultant with solid functional expertiseComfortable working across both project delivery and support environmentsCustomer-focused, proactive and collaborativeAble to work independently and take ownershipExperience within a Microsoft Dynamics partner environment is advantageous
