About the RoleWe are looking for a KOL-savvy Business Development Manager to drive protocol growth through influencer partnerships, community amplification, and ecosystem integrations. You live and breathe crypto Twitter/X, know who moves markets, and can turn relationships into measurable on-chain growth. ResponsibilitiesKOL & Influencer PartnershipsIdentify, onboard, and manage relationships with crypto KOLs across Twitter/X, YouTube, Telegram, and TikTokStructure and negotiate KOL deals — retainers, performance-based campaigns, token incentives, and ambassador programsBuild and maintain a tiered KOL network (macro, mid-tier, nano) across key markets (APAC, MENA, LATAM, Western)Track KOL campaign performance — reach, sentiment, referral volume, on-chain conversionsCoordinate with marketing on KOL content briefs, talking points, and launch campaigns Requirements3–5 years in BD, growth, or partnerships — with at least 2 years in crypto/DeFiExisting personal relationships with crypto KOLs or influencer agenciesDeep understanding of how KOL-driven campaigns work in Web3 — not just reach, but on-chain impactStrong grasp of DeFi fundamentals (AMMs, perps, lending, yield, etc.)Fluent in crypto culture — you're active on CT (Crypto Twitter), Discord, and Telegram dailyData-driven: comfortable with campaign analytics, referral tracking, and reporting on growth KPIs
