Join Transcom as a Digital & AI Solutions Manager!Be part of a team that brings together Sales, Operations and IT to create innovative, commercially viable solutions for our clients. In this role, you'll lead the IT and Technology Evolution aspects of bids and sales opportunities, translating complex client requirements into clear technical solutions while considering feasibility, cost, scalability and security. You'll work closely with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams from solution discovery through to implementation handover. In this role, you will:Lead the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle for commercial bids and internal initiatives, with responsibility for the IT and Technology Evolution elements of RFP and RFQ submissionsAnalyse, structure and prioritise complex business requirements to develop integrated functional and technical solutionsDevelop Solution Design Documents covering technical and security requirements, assumptions, risks and environmental considerationsBuild detailed IT cost estimates covering technical expenditure, licensing and operational requirementsAct as the key interface between clients, Sales, Operations and technical engineering teams throughout solution discoveryDeliver engaging technical demonstrations that showcase the value and innovation of proposed solutionsAssess technical feasibility and provide high-level estimates for implementation resources and timelinesWork with global IT leadership to ensure proposed solutions align with Transcom's global service portfolio, standards and scalability objectivesIncorporate security requirements and risk considerations into solution architectureStay informed on AI ecosystems and identify practical opportunities to apply AI to create business valueSupport competitive and market analysis to ensure solutions reflect relevant technology and service trendsManage the formal handover of validated solution designs to Implementation and Delivery teams, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operational execution What's in it for YOU!International and inclusive environment that makes you feel supported, encouraged and welcome from day oneOpportunity to work at the intersection of technology, AI, digital solutions and business developmentExposure to complex international client opportunities and high-impact technology solutionsOpportunity to work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering and global IT leadershipContinuous development through our internal learning platforms and external trainingOpportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that support both revenue growth and operational efficiencyCorporate benefits and discountsThis is a remote role from within EMEA and we are ideally seeking to hire in Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Spain or Portugal where we already have established team members. To be successful in this role, the following is needed:3–5 years of proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions analysis or a similar technical solutions roleCandidates with experience in call centres or BPO will be a priorityStrong experience in solution design and technical proposal developmentAbility to translate complex business requirements into clear, viable technical solutionsExperience with technical costing, licensing and operational cost estimationStrong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, telecommunications and cloud-based service modelsGood understanding of Artificial Intelligence ecosystems and their practical application in businessStrong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk assessment within solution designExperience working with project management methodologies in technical pre-sales environmentsExcellent technical writing, presentation and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex client challenges into practical workstreamsHighly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneouslyCommercially aware, with the ability to understand how technology solutions can support business growth and operational efficiencyProfessional fluency in English, both written and spoken, at C1 level or higher Please include a full CV, in English, with your application.The closing date for applications is Tuesday 6th October 2026.
