The ProgramThe role is part of the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) program, which supports key customer-facing processes across the company. CEP consists of three main streams:CRMCustomer SupportProduct Quotation & Contract (PQC) CEP is also part of a larger company-wide development landscape, with other strategic initiatives and programs that may impact or need to be aligned with the PQC roadmap. What is PQC?Product Quotation & Contract (PQC) is a Dynamics-based solution supporting the management of products, pricing, quotations, and contracts. This includes, for example, list prices, customer-specific prices, quotations, and contracts. The RoleThe Digital for PQC is owning and driving the digital development of the area, ensuring features are delivered which creates business value. The role is a combination of functional and technical leadership. It involves:Managing and prioritizing the PQC backlog in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Guiding discussions around business needs, functionality, priorities, and potential solutions.Technical discussions with the technical lead and other technical resources.Collaborating with the other CEP streams and wider company development initiatives to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.Providing direction to the delivery team and helping ensure that implemented features solve the right business problems. The role does not own the detailed business requirements. Business stakeholders and other relevant functions are responsible for requirements, while the Digital / Functional Lead contributes to and guides the functional discussions and ensures that business needs are translated into a suitable digital direction. The PQC delivery team consists of technical leads, implementers/developers, testers, and other supporting roles. The Digital Lead’s role is to ensure that the team delivers the right capabilities, in the right way, with clear business value. ExperienceThe role benefits from experience with:Microsoft Dynamics or similar business platforms.Digital/product backlog management and prioritization.Working across business and technology.Commercial processes such as products, pricing, quotations, or contracts.Leading discussions with both functional and technical stakeholders.Fluent in Swedish and English The key is to be able to bridge business and technology -understanding the business context while being comfortable enough technically to guide discussions and make informed decisions.
