Digital Marketing & Paid Social Specialist Part-time | Remote | Unpaid internship About everēeverē is a Scandinavian womenswear brand built around timeless essentials, thoughtful design and responsible production. We're a small, ambitious team building the brand from the ground up, and we're looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Social Intern to join us and help drive our digital growth, particularly through Meta. This is not a traditional social media internship. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience who already understands Meta Ads and wants to gain further experience working directly with a growing e-commerce brand. What you'll doMeta & Paid SocialPlan, build and optimise Meta campaignsTest audiences, creatives and messagingAnalyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growthHelp develop our paid social strategy Tracking & E-commerceHelp set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel & conversion trackingEnsure Shopify and Meta are correctly connectedMonitor events such as View Content, Add to Cart & PurchaseHelp us improve tracking and attribution Social & GrowthContribute to our Instagram & TikTok strategyAnalyse content performanceSupport UGC, influencer and creator initiativesHelp turn organic content into effective paid creatives Who we're looking forHands-on experience with Meta Ads ManagerUnderstanding of campaign structure, audiences & optimisationExperience with Meta Pixel / conversion trackingExperience with Shopify / e-commerceComfortable working with data and performance metricsProactive, curious and able to work independentlyInterest in fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands Bonus:TikTok Ads, Conversions API, Google Analytics, email marketing or influencer marketing experience. What you'll getAs a small and growing brand, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the team and gain real hands-on experience across paid social, e-commerce and digital marketing. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, experiment with different strategies and see the direct impact of your work. This is an unpaid internship opportunity.
