Digital Programme Manager

We are seeking experienced Digital Programme Manager to support digital transformation, technology delivery, and strategic change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong programme management experience, a track record of delivering complex digital programmes, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. Assignment Details📍 Locations: Gothenburg (Sweden), Oslo-Lysaker (Norway), Nordics, and selected European locations depending on the role🏢 Working Model: Hybrid📅 Start Date: ASAP / Within 4-8 weeks⏳ Duration: 6-12 months with potential extension💼 Allocation: Full-time🌐 Language: English Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale digital transformation programmes from initiation through delivery.Define programme scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across technology and business teams.Manage programme governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Collaborate with Business, IT, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.Establish and maintain programme plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, and governance structures.Monitor programme progress, budgets, resources, and delivery KPIs.Drive delivery against agreed business outcomes, timelines, and quality standards.Identify programme risks and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation plans.Facilitate steering committee meetings, programme reviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.Manage third-party vendors, technology partners, and external delivery teams where required.Support organisational change and adoption activities associated with digital initiatives.Drive continuous improvement across programme delivery processes and ways of working. Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Programme Management, Project Management, or Digital Transformation.Strong experience managing complex digital or technology transformation programmes.Proven experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of programme governance, delivery methodologies, and change management.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing programme risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources.Strong understanding of digital technologies, IT platforms, cloud, data, or enterprise applications. Preferred QualificationsExperience in Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Technology, or other large enterprise environments.Experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.Knowledge of Agile transformation, digital operating models, or product-based delivery.PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, or consulting partners is a plus.
