Director of Operations

OverviewA growing specialist technology business serving the asset management industry is hiring an Operations Director to help scale how they deliver for clients. The company builds a platform that helps regulated asset managers create, manage and update fund documentation. It's a small, fast-moving team backed by a larger global technology group. Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a broad, hands-on position for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. You'll act as a trusted operational deputy to senior leadership, supporting clients, coordinating product and development activity, and keeping implementation, support and day-to-day delivery running smoothly. One day might involve helping run a product demo or onboarding a new client. Another might involve triaging support requests, track development priorities or improving an internal process:Support senior leadership with day-to-day client communication, service delivery and demos, capturing requirements and coordinating follow-upManage support ticket triage and track bugs, enhancements and roadmap progress, keeping clients informedSupport client onboarding and implementation, including data intake, configuration and workflow setupCoordinate with the development team on priorities, status and delivery timelines, and provide cover when senior leadership are unavailableMaintain process documentation and SOPs, assist with billing and reporting, and identify practical improvements to efficiency and client experience What We’re Looking ForAt least three years' experience in SaaS operations, with a substantial fund administration or fund audit background, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirementsExcellent organisational skills, close attention to detail and strong written and verbal communicationConfident working directly with clients, managing competing priorities and comfortable with global, cross-functional teamsFluent English, German an advantage If you meet the key requirements listed above, please apply now by submitting your res directly to rebecca@fundstalent.com.
