Director of Performance MarketingFully Remote – Europe€150,000–€200,000 base + performance bonus We’re partnering with a highly successful global DTC consumer brand to appoint a Director of Performance Marketing. The business has scaled to $100m+ in annual revenue, is profitable and self-funded, and has previously operated at significantly greater scale. The opportunity now is to rebuild and optimise the acquisition engine and return the business to sustainable growth. The RoleReporting closely to the founder and working alongside the CFO, you will take ownership of customer acquisition and performance marketing globally.You will:Own a $60m+ annual paid media budgetTake accountability for nCAC, acquisition volume and efficiencyLead a 15–20 person performance and creative organisationOversee media buying, creative strategy and direct-response creativeReduce reliance on Meta and develop channels including TikTok and AmazonAudit the existing acquisition engine and determine what needs to changeBuild the structure, processes and team required for the next stage of growthWork directly with the founder on growth strategy and investment decisions About YouWe’re looking for a proven DTC performance marketing operator rather than a traditional corporate marketing leader.You will ideally have:Personally managed significant eight-figure annual paid media budgetsScaled customer acquisition within a substantial DTC/eCommerce businessDeep expertise in Meta and direct-response performance marketingStrong understanding of creative testing, hooks, offers and landing pagesExperience building and leading high-performing media and creative teamsA track record of improving acquisition performance when growth has plateauedExperience working successfully within a founder-led or entrepreneurial business This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy, budget and influence.
