Your roleAs part of the Workforce & Organization team, you will play a leading role in helping clients navigate some of their most complex people-related challenges. You will advise senior executives on how to transform their organizations, workforce, leadership, and operating models in response to AI, digital disruption, and evolving business demands. You will lead large-scale transformation programs, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships with senior business and HR leaders. Combining deep expertise in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and change leadership, you will help organizations translate ambition into measurable business outcomes while contributing to the growth and development of our practice. Typical assignments can includeLead enterprise-wide transformation programs, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive complex people-related transformations. This includes overseeing change strategy, leadership enablement, stakeholder engagement, capability building, and adoption at scale.Shape the future workforce by helping organizations understand how AI, automation, and emerging technologies will redefine work, skills, roles, and workforce composition.Design organizations for the AI era by reimagining operating models, organizational structures, governance, decision-making processes, and workforce ecosystems to create more adaptive and agile future-ready organizations.Contribute to market growth and thought leadership by developing client opportunities, shaping proposals, building strategic partnerships, mentoring colleagues, and helping to strengthen Capgemini Invent's position as a leading advisor on workforce and organizational transformation. Your profile8-12+ years of experience, ideally within management consulting or a comparable advisory environment, with a strong track record delivering workforce, organization, transformation, or people-related engagements for large and complex organizations.Strong commercial acumen, with experience identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, leading pursuits, and contributing to business growth.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching and developing colleagues, and creating high-performing project environments.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior leaders.Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, spoken and written.Strong academic background, with a Master's degree preferred in business administration, organizational psychology, HR, engineering, economics, or a related discipline Note: Valid Swedish work permit is required.
