About The Role

A Day in the Life

Your area will be Sweden and you are managing a strong connected and diverse sales team of 6 Territory Managers, 1 Inside sales representative and 1 Technical Consultant Supervisor – united, we are responsible of developing the entire product portfolio further.

In this position, you report directly to the Senior Business Manager of Diabetes in the Nordics.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Key member of the Nordic Diabetes leadership teamLead and develop the Swedish sales team, driving performance, accountability and cultureCoach field representatives on territory management, account planning and sales executionDrive Commercial Excellence through CRM, KPIs and performance metricsEnsure effective resource allocation, sales coverage and achievement of objectivesLead pre- and post-tender management and support tender submissionsExecute marketing campaigns aligned with strategy and KPIsRecruit, develop, motivate and retain talentBuild strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare stakeholdersAnalyze sales, market and competitive data to guide business decisionsEnsure effective execution of market strategies and compliance with company and MiniMed standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant sales experience (medical device/pharmaceutical/#healthcare sales experience), or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant sales and management experience2+ years previous work experience having direct reports and managing teamsDemonstrated skills in business planning, consulting and territory financial analysisExcellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to lead commercial negotiations and managing tendersSkilled executor of presentations internally and externallyDemonstrates effective understanding of profitability and can balance company and customer goalsFluent in Swedish and English
