Senior .NET Developer – Stockholm, SwedenLocation: Stockholm, SwedenContract: 6 MonthsExperience: 8+ YearsWork Model: Hybrid- 3 days office per weekRate: OpenJob ID: 10978756 Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a long-term enterprise assignment in Stockholm. The role involves developing and designing business- and mission-critical solutions using modern C# and .NET technologies, while taking strong technical ownership across architecture, implementation, and continuous development.You will work in an agile environment, contribute to architectural decisions, drive technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with stakeholders in a professional client-facing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and modern .NET.Take technical ownership from solution design and architecture through implementation and further development.Design and optimize hybrid data storage solutions.Develop event-driven architectures and asynchronous messaging solutions using AMQP.Implement reliable and scalable enterprise cloud design patterns.Work with observability and monitoring platforms to ensure system reliability and performance.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers.Collaborate with clients, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.Contribute to agile development practices and shared technical responsibility. Mandatory Requirements8–12 years of professional .NET development experience with strong hands-on C# expertise.Extensive experience with modern .NET, particularly .NET 8 and/or .NET 10.Strong experience designing and scaling enterprise applications.Deep understanding of hybrid data storage, including distributed SQL databases and high-performance in-memory JSON/document stores.Strong experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging using AMQP.Hands-on experience with observability/monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds.Strong architectural and technical leadership capabilities.Excellent written and spoken English.Willingness and ability to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden.
