As the EMEA Services Power Distribution Installation & Commissioning Manager, you will lead a team of specialist engineers delivering commissioning and fault-finding support on Eaton's strategic projects across EMEA. Combining technical leadership with people management, you will drive operational excellence, team development, safety, and project execution while supporting the continued growth of Eaton's Electrical Services business.

What You’ll Do

Lead, develop, and manage a team of EMEA Power Distribution engineers supporting strategic projects across the regionDrive commissioning, fault finding, and technical execution while promoting Eaton's Zero Safety CultureSupport project planning and resource scheduling in collaboration with Project ManagersProvide technical leadership for commissioning activities across major customer projectsEnsure effective utilisation, training, development, and performance management of the engineering teamMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all activitiesManage team administration including scheduling, expenses, holidays, and workforce planningIdentify and coordinate training, certification, and competency development requirementsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new engineersFoster collaboration across Power Distribution, Power Quality, and EPMS service teams

Qualifications

Relevant Engineering qualification or a Degree10+ years of technical experience in power distribution, commissioning, or electrical servicesProven people management and leadership experienceStrong technical background in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service operations
