Senior SAP S/4HANA Enablement & Industrialization ConsultantPosition SummaryA leading global organization is seeking a skilled Senior SAP S/4HANA Enablement & Industrialization Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving ongoing digital transformation and the deployment of SAP S/4HANA across the enterprise.This position centers on ensuring SAP-powered business solutions are efficiently industrialized, adopted, and integrated into robust operational processes. The ideal applicant will possess over 10 years of proven experience in SAP transformations, S/4HANA initiatives, business process optimization, ERP rollouts, and operational enablement, ideally with exposure to complex, multinational SAP implementations.The consultant will work collaboratively across business, process, technology, and deployment teams, translating strategic transformation objectives into tangible outcomes and supporting organizational readiness throughout each phase of implementation. Core Responsibilities SAP S/4HANA Transformation & IndustrializationDrive major SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment projects spanning diverse business functions and geographical regions.Facilitate the industrialization of SAP solutions from design and build phases through to deployment and steady-state operations.Ensure scalable, standardized SAP processes are effectively deployed and adopted across countries, departments, and business areas.Identify critical dependencies, operational risks, gaps, and readiness needs for SAP deployment.Help establish consistent tools, processes, and governance structures for SAP rollouts.Promote the reuse of successful deployment assets, lessons learned, and best practices across implementation waves. Enablement & Business ReadinessLead or support activities to drive business enablement and readiness for SAP S/4HANA transitions.Evaluate business impacts of SAP-driven process changes, and develop comprehensive readiness strategies involving processes, people, technology, data, roles, and operating models.Coordinate key enablement actions such as training, communications, documentation, and adoption initiatives.Partner with stakeholder groups to ensure teams are equipped to navigate deployment and subsequent transition phases.Provide support for post-implementation stabilization and adoption. Deployment & Rollout SupportManage end-to-end deployment activities across various SAP S/4HANA project phases.Liaise closely with deployment, business, functional, technical, data, testing, and change management teams.Track deployment milestones, risk factors, dependencies, and key issues.Contribute to cutover planning, go-live readiness checks, and transition efforts.Help resolve challenges impacting deployment readiness and user adoption.Support stabilization during post-go-live. Process & Functional TransformationCollaborate with business and SAP teams to map end-to-end business processes and their S/4HANA impacts.Drive harmonization and adoption of global templates, while minimizing process variations.Transform business needs and operational issues into structured improvement projects.Advise process owners and stakeholders on standardization and localization decisions. Program & Stakeholder ManagementThrive within a sophisticated, global SAP transformation project environment.Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, SAP functional experts, deployment managers, and technology teams.Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, deployment sessions, and issue-resolution meetings.Prepare executive updates, dashboards, presentations, and materials to support decision-making.Balance multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams in a matrixed setting.Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and drive their mitigation. Required Skills & Experience10+ years' experience in SAP, business process transformation, ERP project delivery, technology implementation, or major program management.Strong hands-on involvement with SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.Experience working on global SAP rollouts involving multiple countries, divisions, and deployment phases.Demonstrated expertise in areas such as:S/4HANA implementationSAP rolloutTemplate adoptionBusiness process transformationERP transformationBusiness readiness and change managementCutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilizationProcess industrializationSolid understanding of SAP technology, business process integration, organizational change, and operational readiness.Strong ability to work collaboratively with both IT and business stakeholders in global matrix organizations.Exceptional communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Able to work autonomously and effectively in dynamic, complex environments.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with global SAP transformation projects.Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or large-scale migration initiatives.Experience collaborating with Global Process Owners and international process teams.In-depth involvement with SAP-enabled functions such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Make, Procure-to-Pay.Knowledge of SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.Experience in global template design and rollout approaches.Support for cutover, go-live, hypercare, and operational transition activities.Background in sectors like pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is a strong advantage.Experience in highly regulated environments is desirable.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP, or equivalent are beneficial.
