EHS Manager | Data Centre Construction | Nordics | Senior Site-Based Role€80,000 - €90,000 Are you a seasoned EHS professional ready to take ownership of safety on one of the most technically demanding construction programmes in the Nordics? A globally recognised professional services consultancy — a trusted leader in programme, project and cost management for the data centre sector — is expanding its Nordic team and needs an experienced EHS Manager to join a high-profile data centre project in Oulu, Finland. This is a senior, site-based role with genuine scope to influence safety culture at the project level, working directly with a major hyperscale or enterprise data centre client. You will be the principal safety authority on site, not a support function. What you'll be doing:You will own the full EHS lifecycle on a large, complex construction programme — from developing and implementing the project EHS plan, through leading safety meetings with client and trade contractors, to driving root cause investigations and championing continuous improvement. You'll assess and approve contractor safety plans, review high-risk activity method statements, and supervise outsourced EHS competent persons. Critically, you'll be the trusted safety partner to the client, ensuring local Finnish and EU regulatory requirements are met alongside the client's own safety standards.
