HSE Manager – Data Center ProjectLocation: Seinäjoki, FinlandContract: Freelance – 12 monthsRotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week offStart: Within 2 weeksAccommodation & Travel: ProvidedRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to support a major data center construction project in Seinäjoki, Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across the project.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HSE activities on site.Ensure compliance with Finnish HSE legislation and project requirements.Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices.Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.Maintain HSE documentation, reports and records.Promote a strong safety culture across the project team.RequirementsProven HSE management experience on large-scale construction or data center projects.Relevant HSE qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of construction safety and risk management.Experience managing subcontractors and multicultural site teams.Good communication and leadership skills.English required; Finnish is an advantage.Ability to work a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation.Package: Competitive freelance rate + accommodation + travel provided.
