Your Role• Coordinate and manage external service providers and contractors to guarantee high quality standards and cost efficiency• Support the final construction phase, including testing, commissioning and technical handover of the centre• Ensure a safe clean and well-maintained environment that supports an excellent visitor experience• Manage and coordinate all facility services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and waste management• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers to ensure high quality and cost efficiency• Coordinate tenant fit-out works and support store openings in line with centre requirements and timelines• Identify, track and resolve defects during construction and handover phases• Monitor and optimize energy consumption and technical performance in line with ESG targets• Define and track KPI´s für service providers, ensuring continuous improvement of service quality• Manage facility budgets, cost control, and reporting• Responsible for the Health and Safety of the Centre, in accordance with legislation Your Profile• Technical background (e.g. building services, facility management, engineering or similar)• Several years of experience in facility management within retail, outlet shopping center, or hospitality environments• Strong knowledge of technical building systems HVAC, electrical, security, etc.• Experience in managing service providers and external contractors• Solid understanding of health & safety and regulatory requirements• Confidence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach• Fluent written and spoken Swedish or Danish plus English; further languages are a plusSalary Range: 400,000 - 700,000 SEK Join Us!This is more than a job — it's the chance to put your fingerprints on a flagship destination from the very first day, with real ownership, a young and ambitious team, and one of Europe's most dynamic cross-border regions as your stage.
