Field CTO

Field CTO – Stockholm A rapidly growing AI technology company is looking for a Field CTO to lead its technical and customer-facing operations in Sweden. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining technology, enterprise customers, AI, commercial strategy and team building. You’ll work with GTM to help organisations identify high-value opportunities for AI, translate those opportunities into practical solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. You’ll work closely with senior customers and internal commercial and technical teams, while building and leading a high-performing local technical organisation. What You’ll Do Lead and grow the local engineering and customer-facing technical teams i.e FDEs, Deployment Strategists etcProvide technical leadership across AI, software architecture, APIs, integrations, data and cloud infrastructureWork directly with GTM & enterprise customers from initial discovery through solution design, deployment and adoptionPartner with commercial teams to identify valuable AI use cases, shape technical proposals and define measurable outcomesAct as a senior technical advisor to C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholdersSupport engineering teams in resolving complex technical, product and customer challengesBuild a strong, customer-focused engineering culture centred on quality, speed and impactRecruit, coach and retain exceptional technical and customer-facing talent What they’re looking for Hands-on CTO with recent AI experience and ability to work with GTM functionsExperience working directly with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholdersStrong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutionsDemonstrable experience influencing or supporting enterprise technology salesHigh agency and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environmentExcellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsFluent in Swedish and English For further details and immediate consideration, please apply!
