The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to join our finance team in Helsinki. In this role, you'll own a broad range of finance operations — from accounts payable, invoicing and collections to month-end close, reporting, implementing new tools and process development — helping make sure our numbers are accurate, our cash flow is healthy, and our customers and stakeholders stay happy. In short: you'll help keep the financial engine of CurifyLabs running smoothly. (Underrated superpower.) NetSuite experience is a strong plus, and you'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and external partners globally. What You'll Be Doing (aka your superpowers) Own the accounts payable process end to end and lead bringing it in-house, from invoice receipt and approvals to payments and vendor managementTake ownership of day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting activitiesCreate, process, and post customer invoices and credit memos in NetSuiteMonitor aging reports, follow up with customers, and drive collections to keep DSO healthyDrive continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, documentation and NetSuite functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processesAssist with financial reporting and analysis. Support audits, tax filings, and compliance by providing documentation and explanations when needed What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Accounting, or similar Experience Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or controlling roleExposure to several finance areas (AR, AP, reporting, close, reconciliations) is an advantageStrong understanding of financial processes and controlsExperience with NetSuite is a plusExperience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus Skills & Competencies Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail (you spot missing decimals before they cause chaos)A team player who enjoys working cross-functionallyInitiative and a continuous improvement mindsetAdaptive to fast paced changes and enthusiasm to learnActive AI user, curious about new ways to improve finance processesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFluency in English and Finnish Why CurifyLabs?
