Financial Systems AnalystLocation: Fully Remote – EuropeContract: ContractRate: 285 - 300 Euros/ DayWorking Hours: Requires overlap with EST timezone up to 12:00 PM EST About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Financial Systems Analyst.The role will act as a key bridge between Finance and FP&A teams and IT/Data teams, helping to improve financial systems, data accuracy, reporting and business processes.The successful candidate will combine financial systems knowledge with data analysis, reporting and strong stakeholder management skills. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and configure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting systems.Work with ERP and Data teams to integrate and automate financial data flows.Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.Perform data validation, cleansing and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.Create and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualisations.Support Finance users and provide system training.Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.Work closely with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements.Translate business requirements into effective technical and system solutions.Support continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting processes. Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience working with financial planning systems, databases and reporting tools.Experience with BI360, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI solutions.Good understanding of corporate finance and accounting processes.Experience with financial data analysis, validation and reconciliation.Understanding of ERP and financial data integration.Strong reporting and dashboard development experience.Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with both Finance and technical teams.Ability to work with EST timezone overlap until 12:00 PM EST.Must be based in Europe.
