Position: Bilingual Finnish Generalist Expert — AI Safety

Type: Contract

Compensation: $48–$52/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Write expert-level prompts in Finnish across a range of sensitive subject areas.Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Finnish.Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Must-Have

Native or near-native fluency in Finnish. Business-level written English.A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

Based in Finland or the wider Western Europe region.Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
