Fleet Travel Operator

ABC Maritime AG is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Travel Operator to join our Crewing team. As a Fleet Travel Operator, you will support the Travel Department in coordinating global crew change and business travel activities, with a particular focus on visa administration support for seafarers and office staff.Acting as a key link between vessels, seafarers, travel providers, port agents and internal teams, you will help ensure that travel arrangements and travel documentation are delivered efficiently, accurately and in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Your Mission & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate crew change travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and travel documentation.Monitor travel requests and maintain crew change travel plans.Liaise with vessels, Masters, Port Agents, Crew Manning Agents, and travel providers to ensure smooth crew movements.Prepare and distribute travel documentation for embarkation, disembarkation, and immigration requirements.Support visa applications and travel-related administrative processes.Maintain accurate travel records and update HRM systems.Prepare regular crew change and travel reports.Support travel cost control and invoice verification in collaboration with the Finance Department. Your ProfilePrevious experience in travel coordination, crewing, maritime operations, logistics, or a similar administrative/operator role, is a strong advantage, but we also welcome junior candidates eager to build a career in the maritime industry.Knowledge of crew changes, visa procedures, and international travel coordination is a strong advantage.Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with HRM, crewing, or travel management systems.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
