As a Founding Engineer at 1Deploy, you will build AI agents and data pipelines that transform enterprise operations. We are scaling rapidly with high ARR growth and backing from top European VCs. This is a high-autonomy role for engineers who ship daily, utilize agentic coding tools, and want a founder-level experience.

What You Will Do

Develop and deploy AI agents that map enterprise workflows and automate tasks across complex systems and teams.Build and maintain robust Python backend systems, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations to handle massive data volumes.Ship production code daily, prioritizing rapid iteration and customer value over perfect code that takes weeks to release.

The ideal candidate

Professional experience building with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor, including custom MCP server setups.Proven track record of shipping code in high-stakes environments without needing hand-holding or extensive management.Strong communication skills to build trust with enterprise customers and maintain alignment with a remote-first engineering team.
