Global Supply Planner

We are looking for a proactive team player to strengthen our Global Planning function as a Global Supply Planner (fixed term) In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of products through Reima's global supply chain. By combining analytical insight, planning expertise, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help optimise inventory, improve supplier performance and processes, and support Reima’s ambition for sustainable and profitable growth. You will work closely with colleagues across demand planning, merchandising, sourcing, finance, and regional teams, as well as with suppliers primarily in Asia. Using data-driven decision making and a continuous improvement mindset, you will contribute to enhancing inbound supply, which in turn creates increased inventory turns, improved cash flow and productivity. What you will doDevelop and maintain supply plans and schedules to ensure timely availability of products and materialsAnalyse inventory levels, schedules, and forecasts to determine procurement needsDevelop planning tools, reporting and KPIs to contribute to the end-to-end sales and operations planning processCollaborate with sourcing and suppliers to enhance delivery performance, lead time and flexibilityPrepare forecasts, analyses and scenario planning for managementLead actions and coordinate with stakeholders when delays or supply disruptions occur to minimise business impactCollaborate with IT and business intelligence professionals to improve processes and reporting What you will bring This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, analytical and not flustered by change. You will likely succeed in this role if you have:At least 3-5 years of S&OP or related experience, preferably from apparel or international consumer goods industryBachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant fieldThe ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentHighly skilled in Excel and experience with S&OP tools and ERP systemsStrong problem-solving, collaboration and presentation skillsFluency in written and verbal English is a mustYou are excited about Reima's mission to inspire kids to move and play Why join Reima?
