Program Overview

Join a fast-paced, hands-on experience where you will gain exposure across different functions and geographies. The program is designed to give you a holistic view of Alfa Laval and lay the foundation for a successful long-term career.

This business unit is responsible R&D and supply chain for high‑speed separators, decanters, and membrane technologies for Food & Pharma, Ocean and Energy Division.

Your Qualifications

A Master’s degree (completed in Sweden) by September 2027 in one of the following or related fields:Electrical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringDigitalizationIndustrial Engineering & ManagementMaterials ScienceChemical EngineeringBiotechnologyMechatronicsMaximum 1.5 years of full-time work experience (as of September 2027)Fluent in spoken and written English Please note that we are currently only considering applicants who are eligible to work within the EU.
