Position: Creative & Design SpecialistType: ContractCompensation: $30 - $100/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesComplete structured tasks involving creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism, referencing professional workflows.Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to defined project criteria.Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage.Submit deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and uphold quality benchmarks set by the project. RequirementsHave strong relevant experience using creative or design tools in contexts such as graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio/sound work.Proficiency with the applications relevant to your expertise; experience with comparable creative tools is also welcome.Verified, paid Human Data experience for AI training such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above.Dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly.
