The OpportunityAs Head of Client Relations & Growth, you will take overall responsibility for developing our client organization and commercial client strategy.You will:Build and lead a high-performing client organization.Deepen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to increase long-term client value and share of wallet.Drive new client acquisition by systematically developing opportunities generated through our network, events, partnerships and referrals.Create the commercial structure around pipeline management, conversion, retention and client development.Work closely with our investment, credit and wealth planning teams to deliver a proactive and differentiated client experience.Expand Dahlgren Capital’s network among entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and trusted advisers.
