We are looking for a developer who wants to contribute to the development of HiL rig-based virtual testing environments for engines and driveline systems. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of software, simulation, automation, and systems engineering, and who is motivated by building intelligent, creative, and self-driven solutions that improve how we test and verify complex technical systems. About the roleIn this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our virtual testing solutions, supporting verification, validation, and pre-testing activities before physical testing in rig or field environments. The work includes both new development and continuous improvement of existing systems, with a clear focus on making testing smarter, more efficient, and increasingly automated. You will:contribute with creative and robust technical solutions to complex engineering challengesdevelop and adapt simulation models and signal handlingcontribute to the improvement of workflows, tools, and test environmentsintegrate virtual rigs, test tools, and ECU systemstroubleshoot issues and support day-to-day operation when neededprovide rig support to users and help colleagues and stakeholders make effective use of the virtual testing environment We would like you to have: experience in development within technical, automotive, engine, or test-related environmentsa good understanding of test automation, system integration, or model-based developmentexperience with one or more of the following tools and languages: Python, LabVIEW, VeriStand, Git, Jenkins, MATLAB/Simulinkan interest in HiL systems, ECUs, CAN communication, and real-time systemsthe ability to work in a structured way and manage several tasks in parallelgood communication skills in Englisha service-minded and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in supporting users and working closely with others
