**Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You**

Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our hotel team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work. As a **Housekeeper**, you're not just cleaning guest rooms – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces that help every guest feel at home.

**Here's what you'll do during a typical day:**

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards, ensuring every room is presented to the highest level of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest room facilities are in excellent condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas as required.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Ensure housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and cleaning equipment are organized, stocked, and maintained.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to provide a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently to help create a memorable stay.
  • Support the housekeeping team by working collaboratively to achieve daily room and cleanliness targets.
