HR Enterprise Architect

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a global organisation, where you will define the long-term technology strategy for a complex HR technology landscape. This is a highly strategic role focused on shaping enterprise architecture, business capability models, target-state architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps across enterprise applications and digital platforms. Requirements: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large, complex organisationsStrong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAFExperience developing business capability models, target architectures and strategic technology roadmapsExperience translating business strategy into enterprise technology strategyStrong understanding of enterprise integration, data architecture and architecture governanceExperience working with senior business and technology stakeholdersHR / People & Culture domain knowledge is highly desirableExposure to enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Cornerstone, Avature or similar would be beneficialKnowledge of AI, modern data architecture and API-led integration is advantageousExcellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills Project details: Workload: Full-timeType: ContractStart: ASAPLocation: 100% RemoteLanguage: English
