HR Specialist, C&B
As HR Specialist, C&B you execute our compensation and benefits strategy in a modern, data-driven and international environment. You work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure that our total rewards offering supports sustainable growth, responsible business and a modern drinking culture. This role is based in Finland.
What you will do
You take ownership of core compensation and benefits processes and drive continuous improvement across our Nordic and international operations. You work with data, systems and stakeholders to ensure our practices are competitive, fair and aligned with our sustainability agenda.
Coordinate and support annual compensation review processes, ensuring accurate data, clear communication and timely executionMaintain and develop compensation structures, job evaluations and salary benchmarks in line with market data and internal guidelinesAdminister and optimize benefits programs, including pensions, insurance and wellness-related offerings, in collaboration with internal and external partnersProvide guidance to managers and HR business partners on compensation and benefits policies, individual cases and reward-related questionsPrepare analyses, dashboards and reports to support data-based decision-making in compensation, benefits and broader HR topicsContribute to compensation and benefits projects, policies and tools to strengthen our total rewards strategy and employee experience
What you bring
You bring a structured and analytical approach, strong integrity and a genuine interest in compensation and benefits. You are comfortable working with data and systems and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across functions and countries.
3 years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation and benefits or related HR operationsDegree in HR, business, economics or a related field that supports analytical and structured workStrong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, and attention to detail in handling HR dataExperience working with HRIS or reward-related systems and an interest in further developing digital tools and processesAbility to communicate clearly and professionally in English and FinnishA proactive mindset, integrity and the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and inclusion
