Role: HR InternLocation: RemoteType: Unpaid Internship (Part-Time or Full-Time)Duration: 3–6 Months (Flexible)Start Date: Immediate What You’ll DoInternal HR: Conduct 1-on-1 meetings, support employee engagement, and help maintain and improve internal HR processes and handbooks.Talent & Recruitment: Identify and scout talented candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate the hiring process, and help onboard new team members.Team Building: Work closely with different teams to understand hiring needs and contribute to building a strong, collaborative startup culture.Startup Operations: Gain hands-on exposure to team management, people operations, and the day-to-day workings of an early-stage startup. What We’re Looking ForHR & Recruitment Interest: A student or early-career professional interested in HR, recruitment, people operations, or team management.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with different people.Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.Growth Mindset: Excited to learn, experiment, and gain practical experience in a technology startup.Team Player: Someone who enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to building a positive and engaging team culture.Bonus: Prior exposure to startup operations, recruitment, HR tools, or people management is a plus!
