We provide construction and installation services for power grid, renewable energy and industrial infrastructure projects, including high-voltage transmission lines, substations, solar PV, wind, BESS and fibre-optic infrastructure.Our team and partners bring hands-on experience from large-scale energy infrastructure projects, including transmission systems up to 400 kV and renewable energy projects exceeding 250 MW.We work with EPC contractors, developers, utilities and industrial clients, providing experienced project teams and specialised workforce for projects across Finland and the Nordic region.Role DescriptionNordic Grid Oy is looking for experienced HV Transmission Line Workers / Power Line Installers for upcoming projects in Finland and across the Nordic region.The work may include:Assembly and erection of transmission towers and polesInstallation and stringing of conductors, earth wires and OPGWTensioning and sagging worksInstallation of insulators, fittings and line hardwareGrounding and related grid infrastructure worksWorking at height and using appropriate lifting and access equipmentReading technical drawings and following installation proceduresPerforming works in accordance with project HSE and quality requirementsCooperation with supervisors, installation teams and other contractors on siteThis is an on-site, full-time position.
