Senior IAM Architect Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite) Duration: Initial 2-year engagementEmployment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. The role requires deep expertise in modern identity platforms, access governance, regulatory compliance, and IAM transformation initiatives across complex enterprise environments. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade IAM and IGA solutions.Define IAM architecture and integration strategies across cloud and on-premises environments.Drive application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and migration from legacy IAM solutions.Design and implement authentication and authorization frameworks using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, LDAP, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Establish governance frameworks including role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement governance, access certification, and segregation of duties.Provide technical leadership for IAM transformation initiatives and support key architectural decisions.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define IAM requirements and deliver sustainable solutions.Identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency through standardized processes and tooling.Ensure IAM solutions align with security best practices and regulatory requirements.Support audit readiness, compliance initiatives, and governance reporting.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), privileged access concepts, and access governance.Monitor and continuously improve IAM effectiveness, performance, and security posture.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint and/or Saviynt platforms.Deep knowledge of IAM protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, and MFA.Proven experience in Access Governance, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Identity Lifecycle Management.Expertise in RBAC design, entitlement management, access certifications, and governance controls.Experience integrating IAM solutions across hybrid cloud and enterprise environments.Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git-based development workflows, and automation capabilities.Strong understanding of security frameworks, audit requirements, and compliance standards.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.Experience leading customer-facing discussions and large-scale IAM transformation programs.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise IAM modernization and transformation programs.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, or equivalent standards.Experience mentoring teams and driving governance maturity initiatives.Relevant IAM or security certifications are highly desirable. IAM Access Governance Specialist (2 Positions) Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Onsite)Duration: Initial 2-year engagementEmployment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for experienced IAM Access Governance Specialists to support access governance, certification, and compliance activities within a large-scale enterprise environment. These roles will work closely with application teams to strengthen governance controls, improve access review maturity, and drive standardization and automation opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of access governance and access review processes across multiple applications and platforms.Facilitate access certification campaigns and entitlement reviews.Assist with identity lifecycle management activities, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to strengthen governance controls and compliance practices.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to governance and access management processes.Support audit and compliance activities, including evidence gathering and documentation.Promote best practices for access management, role design, and entitlement governance.Contribute to the development of standardized governance procedures and future automation initiatives.Monitor governance metrics and help drive continuous improvement activities.Provide guidance and coaching to application teams on access governance requirements and operational practices.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Access Governance.Hands-on experience with SailPoint and/or Saviynt.Experience managing access certifications, entitlement reviews, and identity lifecycle processes.Strong understanding of RBAC, access governance controls, and compliance requirements.Experience supporting audit activities and maintaining governance documentation.Familiarity with IAM concepts, identity federation, SSO, and MFA.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work effectively in a complex enterprise environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) programs.Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.Experience driving process standardization and automation initiatives.Relevant IAM or security certifications are advantageous. Both Swedish and English are required, with Swedish at a minimum B2 level and proficient English. The role is fully onsite, 5 days per week, with no hybrid flexibility. For SailPoint/Saviynt, experience with a minimum of one platform is mandatory, so either SailPoint or Saviynt experience will be acceptable. From a commercial perspective, the engagement will be considered on a monthly cost basis only, and daily contractor rates will not be considered.
