Import & Customs Administrator / Freight Forwarding Administrator( Swedish)

We are looking for a driven and engaged Import & Customs Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for specific import flows, customs handling, and transportation-related activities in an international and dynamic environment.

You will act as a key link between suppliers, transport agents, customs authorities, project management, purchasing, and internal logistics. The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate import flows and transportation arrangementsHandle transport sourcing, procurement, and bookingMaintain contact with suppliers and transport agentsMonitor deliveries and ensure timely transportationPrepare and manage import customs declarationsReview and process freight and forwarding invoicesHandle transportation claims and discrepanciesCoordinate with project management, purchasing, and internal logistics teamsSupport the development and digitalization of transport and customs processesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and serviceContribute to sustainable and effective transportation solutions

University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or several years of relevant experience in import/export and customsExperience with international transportation and customs processesExperience with international transportation agreements is an advantageFluent in Swedish and English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with SAP is an advantageStrong organizational and prioritization skillsSolution-oriented, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressureExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong customer-service mindset combined with cost awarenessGenuine interest in sustainability within transportation and logistics
