Inside Sales
Location: Stockholm
As an Inside Sales, you will sell company products and services. You will work in conjunction with Field Sales Representatives, Product Management and Sales Management. The focus is on building relationships and tailoring the sales approach to exceed our customers’ requirements.
Your Responsibilities Include
Supporting a defined customer base, developing the sales area and building new customer relationshipsMonitoring quality figures for our customers and providing price and delivery quotesFollowing-up on quotes; processing orders and monitoring shipments to customersMaintaining successful supplier relationshipsYou will take on the responsibility of coordinating deliveriesAs the first point of contact for customer complaints, you will provide customers with solutions to any problems they have
What You Bring To Us
Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training, bachelor degree is recommendedSeveral years of experience in electronics industry and/or have experience in supply chain management and logisticsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and very good skills in EnglishStrong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills, as well as very good presentation skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsYou are a team-orientated person with independent work ethic and quick understanding of new information
