What the job involves

Involvement across all aspects of the transaction process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and portfolio managementOwnership of specific workstreams and responsibility for running elements of transactionsActive engagement with portfolio companies post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

Exposure to private equity transactions, likely gained in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or similarStrong commercial judgement, entrepreneurial mindset and technical capabilityInternational experience and strong academic background advantageousNordic language skills and ties to the region preferred
