IT HR Payroll Business Analyst (ADP GlobalView) 100% Remote (Europe) | B2B Contract | ASAP We're hiring on behalf of a global IT services company for an experienced IT HR Payroll Business Analyst to be the payroll subject-matter expert between the business, the payroll team and IT. You'll support the payroll application from an IT perspective, turning business needs into system solutions and keeping a multi-country payroll landscape stable, compliant and running smoothly. Key responsibilities Act as Payroll SME and main link between payroll/HR stakeholders and ITGather, analyse and document business requirements for payroll system changesSupport IT in solution design and prepare functional documentation, including business blueprint inputManage change requests and support release planning and deploymentWork with IT teams on effort estimation for changes and enhancementsInvestigate and resolve payroll integration and interface errors between HR and payroll systemsDesign test cases and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)Support incident management, including critical and major incident resolutionFollow IT service management (ITIL) processes for incidents, changes and releases Required skills and experience 8+ years of experience with HR payroll applicationsStrong understanding of end-to-end payroll processesHands-on experience with payroll integrations and interface error handlingKnowledge of ITIL / IT service management processesExperience writing requirements and test cases and supporting UATFluent English, written and spokenRight to work in an EU country and ability to contract on a B2B basis Nice to have ADP payroll experience (ADP GlobalView strongly preferred)HR system experience such as Workday or SAP HCM / SuccessFactorsMulti-country payroll experienceExperience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Engagement details Contract type: B2BLocation: 100% remote, Europe-basedDuration: 6 montsStart: Immediate or short notice preferred Interested?Apply here or send your CV to dhinakaran.b@ampstek.com with your expected daily rate (B2B), notice period and country of residence.
